About the Position

As a Sales Support, you will become an important part of the organization, providing support to sales, finance, and purchasing. The role is broad and includes both administrative tasks and system management as well as purchasing-related duties.

Responsibilities

• Office administration
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail
• Responsible for customer orders and order confirmations
• System management
• Register and manage data in the business system Monitor
• Order reception, delivery, and invoicing
• Book freight and register incoming materials in the business system
• Report deliveries in customer portals
• Work as an internal auditor for FSSC 22000 and ISO 9001 and manage FSC documentation
• Support
• Assist the accounting firm with administrative questions
• Participate in the development and improvement of administrative routines and processes
• Purchasing
• Order office supplies
• Assist with inventory counting
• Order paper and plastic materials from suppliers

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in administrative work, preferably in order management, finance, or support
• Is structured, meticulous, and self-driven
• Has good system skills, experience with business systems (preferably Monitor) is a plus
• Enjoys working in a broad role with varied tasks
• Has good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
